Well done, Haier! The Haier MWM10100GC (or also referred to as Haier MWM10100GCSS) Microwave and Convection oven combo has left our test crew under a very positive impression. The unit is held in a stylish stainless steel front and silver frame. It measures 21 x 20.5 x 14.8 inches and weighs 48.5 pounds.
This appliance is a typical allrounder with some special accents that go above and beyond. There are certainly units with even more power and/or interior capacity, however, none of them offer such a diverse product profile like this particular model made by one of the world leaders in kitchen appliances.
The biggest plus is probably the fact that you can use the multi stage cooking feature. You can basically cook frozen food all the way through until it is ready to get served WITHOUT changing any settings in between. The programming wasn’t overly complicated; you do need the manual though, at least until you get to know all the settings and features.
Our recommendation: the Haier MWM10100GC is a great choice for larger families or it can be very suitable in a professional setting. The price with just slightly over $100 is more than fair!
